I wanted to showcase how much someone in the construction industry utilizes Wolf and Shepherd products. I put my W and S shoes to the test daily. They have seen harsh job site conditions and still can impress in the board room. I am always complimented on how stylish they are, but never see the peers in my industry wearing them. I just ordered my 5th pair. I guess I’ll keep setting the trend around here!

Phenomenal service! Ordered a pair of the beautiful Monaco loafers (color Cognac) and needed to swap out the sizes the week of my trip. Jorge in Customer Care overnighted them for me so I could be a star at my best friend's wedding. Thank you!

I purchased a pair of Swiftknit Durby shoes that were on sale and when received they were too narrow to be able to get them on, even with a shoe horn. I requested to return them for a refund and found out it was a “final sale”, so no refund just a credit. Ok, my fault, so I purchased another pair one size up from the original purchase. Was able to get them on with a shoe horn, but it was tight. They are longer than I should be wearing but do not come in half sizes. I have to keep them since they do not refund. So, if you are looking to buy these be sure you can receive a refund if needed and buy a size up from normal. I gave them a low score because of the refund issue. I also have shoes from Travis Matthew without this issue. Rich Order #10456975 11/7/23 Received a reply from the owner of the company apologizing for the issues and advising a team member would contact me to resolve the issue. No contact so far. I will let you know if they address the issues.

Never do business with them. They will send you shoes too small and refuse to return them. Had to go through my bank to get my money back because their customer service is terrible. As some advise whoever is responsible for your shop store, make sure you put the terms of sale at the top not at the bottom of a scroll page on an app after the purchase section. This is information that should be communicated to the consumer before they see the purchase section, not after. Seems very intentional that this is the way you have chosen to do this and takes advantage of the consumer. Very immoral of you!

Purchased a pair of their : CROSSOVER™ LONGWING - FAIR / Honey . Yes , it is noted that these as seconds : due to creasing , scuffs , discoloration, etc.. However, while understanding the potential condition, there was not a thought that the “ color” would be NO WHERE CLOSE to the picture depicted. The color of the pair received was 360 on the color scale . It appeared to have been a pair that was “ watered down” with NO resemblance of the advertised color . A grossly misleading product statement . When contacting the company , ( and I had previously purchased a black pair ) … they simply regurgitated the discoloration disclaimer, and they would have a manager call me – which today three months later, no one has! Certainly a mistake not staying with Cole Haan
